Anchor & Grouts cements are specialized construction materials used in concrete applications to fill voids, anchor bolts, and provide structural support.  Concrete bonding agents are materials that join old and new concrete surfaces. These agents can also be used to join different concrete layers finishing them finally as a single unit. These cement bonding agents are also used to make repairs by applying concrete mixed with bonding agents at construction joints or using in cement-sand repair mortars to fill gaps and voids imparting strong bonding of cured concrete. 

  Our range of premixed Cements and Modified Mortars are specialized blends of sand and cement with additives providing good workability without sag in the slurry mixture. Most often used during building brick or block walls, they impart high strength while also providing flexibility to resist shrinkage related cracks on the finished plastered surface. While that may sound a bit like the common recipe of concrete, there are some intentional differences between the formulations for mortars and cements, which is why these materials should not be used interchangeably.

  Concrete admixtures are used to modify and improve the behavior of concrete under a variety of conditions. Our admixtures are specialty chemicals or additives added during concrete mixing to enhance specific properties of the fresh or hardened concrete, such as workability, durability, or early and final strength. Mainly used in production of high performance reinforced ready-mix concrete, they are more often used to improve the quality of concrete during mixing, transporting, placement and curing.

  Our specialized crack repair systems are specialized products that cater to wide range of performance applications from rust removal, surface preparation up to the final repaired and finished surfaces and joints. They are designed to work under challenging conditions of running water, dampness, extreme temperatures or dryness.   Surface treatment refers to mainly the substrate preparation – the Mechanical & Chemical Keys for your base substrate.

Our Primer Coatings are designed to provide improved adhesion to the base, sealing any underlying surface irregularities, and providing a uniform smooth surface for the final finish coating. Different types of primers are available for specific applications and materials. 

Another type of surface treatment product (is opposite to the function of an adhesion primer), which is lubricant release agent applied onto Concrete Shutters and Formworks, enabling easy release of the molds. We offer both oil based and water-based mold release agents with excellent performance results.
